Very many thanks to all involved for the gifts, the cards, the kind words and the messages, all of which I shall treasure for the rest of my days.  The photo album is fantastic and the car was just beautiful Robbie.

A year of my life being part of the world’s greatest cricket team – all the characters, the talent and   the skill, the jokes and the banter, the village pubs and clubs with the sun on my back.  Whatever else I’ve done with the rest of my time, I got this one exactly right.

Coming soon – as long as it doesn’t get called off(or I can’t count) –  Alex the Fentonator plays his 300^th match THIS SUNDAY against Lindfield.
